Burks Digital Reprographics is a full service reprographics firm with five locations in the greater Austin area and San Antonio. We print project plans quickly, accurately and deliver them anywhere UPS/FedEx goes. Upload documents electronically or drop them off at any of our convenient locations. If expedited printing is needed, we will route them to the right location for fast turnaround and deliver them to multiple destinations if needed – locally or across the country.

The Global Project Web or ‘Plan Room’ is a planning tool that enables Architects, Engineers and General Contractors to share documents and manage projects securely. We will save you time and money with a low-cost solution that enables you to designate permission to view documents as appropriate for each project.

Global Project Web is a document management system – socially responsible and economically logical – that empowers you to view, share and collaborate with others in a secure environment.

Contractors, Owners, Developers, Architects & Engineers have access to projects 24/7 anywhere with internet access. Initiate a project on the Global Project Web and create a Plan Room for your team to access documents, keep update-to-date on change orders and product manuals, search information instantly, and – most importantly – stay organized.

General Contractors can list projects for public or private bid. Public projects are open for bid by qualified subcontractors suitable for a specific job. Private projects are closed bids where General Contractors submit projects for bid and invite specific subcontractors to provide quotes.

Collaborate during any phase of the project with threaded project discussions, file sharing and version tracking. Reduce the need to physically store printed documents, maintain a secure history of documents, and archive projects onto searchable CDs.
